"Hello, everyone. I'm Christina Barker, Manager of Dolphin Outsourcing Ltd. Today I'm here to discuss our management rate services, which will hopefully give you more of an understanding of what we cover on this plan and at what cost.

Last week I discussed our senior rate services, and the week before that was our basic rate services. So if you haven't seen those and you've got some time spare, then please go back and watch those videos or head to our website to find out more.

So our management rate is the most senior work that we do within Dolphin aside from working with our one to one clients with the Director. We enjoy working at this level with our clients and share all of our expertise. We offer a remote service in some key areas, which are project management, team management and training either one to one or as a group, and that is on a quotation only basis. So if you're interested in that, drop us a note of what you're after, and we'll send out a quote to you as easy as that. Our training platform covers G Suite, Trello, Calendly, Canva, social media and MailChimp, in a nutshell. We do offer more services. If there's something that's not listed, send us a message, and we'll do our best to carry that out for you. So we can provide you and your staff with training via our in house courses that we have on offer. We can implement your training courses and create bespoke training plans with your guidance. We can offer this either via zoom and pre-recorded video or pre-made guides, whichever is easiest for you. If you're interested in any of our training, please email us for a quote which I'll put in the comments. We do run group training every so often, so do check out our online calendar, which is on the website for future dates. Again, just drop us a message and let us know when you'd like to do one and ask when our next dates are. Should you require a quote for business management or business mentorship, please book a call with us for a bespoke quotation. Everything on our management rate is charged at just £42 per hour.

If you've not heard before, we have a three-tiered pricing system. So this is the highest level rate that we offer. To read more just head to our website, which is and click on our services. For more information, which again, I'll pop in the comments. Our website is in a revamp at the minute, so it might be slightly different to where it was before if you click on it. You know, a couple of weeks after this video goes out.

So last week, I explained our three main types of contract as well as our billing cycle. If you did wish to proceed again if you haven't seen the video, go back and watch the previous one, but I'll put a link in the comments for convenience. But in short, we offer a one-off contract, ad-hoc or retainer contracts. So you can choose which one best suits you but will always advise accordingly as well. We do all of our invoicing on a monthly basis on the last day of the month, and payment is required for that last month in arrears via direct debit on or shortly after the first.
