Admin Support - Pre-purchase
As a social enterprise, we want to help support as many businesses as possible here in the UK.
Because of this, we want to offer you the chance to pre-purchase our business services in advance, BEFORE our prices go up next year!
Why would you do this?
For you:
- It will give you some accountability if you've been putting off getting some help.
- You know that the support is waiting for you, should times get tough next year. Buying now whilst you're in a better position can put your mind at ease.
- Buying now means you're buying it at our current rates, saving you money in the long run AND meaning that when other suppliers rates go up, you've already got some support in the bag.

How you help us to help others:
- As a social enterprise, part of what we want to acheive, is giving more people flexible working opportunities.
- By pre-purchasing our services, we have a clearer eye on what work is around the corner.
- This means we could consider hiring more skilled individuals! They are often falling through the gaps in society, just because they need a flexible employer.
- Don't end up using your purchased hours? The funds raised will still go towards our sociable efforts in 2025! Every penny will be put towards our social goals.
T&Cs
- You must keep the receipt
- Your support will be valid to be used before 19th December 2025.
- This is non exchangeable / refundable or transferable
- For each item purchased, you are buying 1hr of our time.
- Time is the essence of our contract and our contract T&Cs are assumed.
- When you would like to use this support, please contact us via email and provide proof of purchase. We typically respond within 48hrs. We will then let you know when we have availability to complete your request. Need to discuss your requirements? We will be able to provide you with the necessary link to book a call to discuss your requirements. We include a 10 minute briefing time, with your purchase.
- Need additonal time but don't have any more pre-purchased hours? Any additional time will be payable at our rates as advertised at the time. You may be required to pay in advance of further time being offered.
- Want to work with us on a retainer? Great! We do suggest using your hours pre-purchased first. However, you can keep these for if you need to exceed your retainer.
