What we already do
We already support people into flexible working via direct employment. We do this with full flex using an employment model bigger companies have used to take advantage... We are working hard to show people it works and if in the right hands, is a great opportunity for flexibility.
Change takes time... so we have to work really hard to change minds, when others have spent so long giving it a bad name!
