 We want to provide an alternative option, to make outsourcing obtainable by the many, not the few, by making it affordable and flexible. Whilst offering flexible working opportunities to help: the UK Economy and men/women (who need flexibility) back into work.

  • Christina

    Manager & Senior B.O.S.

    Christina has spent 15 years in various administrative roles; she has a vast knowledge of social media and had her own marketing business as well as a wedding and events company.⁠

    She is very business savvy and has consulted for many businesses to help them achieve their goals to move their business forward. Christina is a military wife with two young children and so has to be extremely organised and this comes across in her career to date and her work too.⁠

    Her position here is to support small businesses with the things they may not have time to complete, leaving them to concentrate on the things that really matter. With her experience in the social media sector, she will be able to give great advice on ways to improve and make a difference to your company.⁠

    Christina is now also General Manager.

  • Chloe

    Senior B.O.S. & PA to Director

    Chloe has been with Dolphin since the very start. She has a strong Business background and has worked in the professional sector for 10 years.

    ⁠She is now PA to the Director.

    She is organised and adaptable and has worked in various professional environments ranging from small family run companies to larger organisations such as NHS. ⁠

    Chloe loves to analyse statistics/insights to figure out exactly what will work for you/your business. She also spends her free time keeping up to date with algorithm changes and researching social media news. ⁠

    In her previous roles she has been responsible for co-coordinating a small office, a PA to Operations Manager, HR, Social media management and HS management. 

  • Emma

    Social Media Manager & B.O.S.

    Emma is a Writer, Creative and Blogger with an excellent work ethic, from writing for small businesses, to creating award-winning ideas for the biggest brands in the world.

    She's been Group Head on Ella’s Kitchen baby food, writing some deeelicious copy, helped Samsung dial into the number two spot in the market share and worked with the National Autistic Society Active Challenges to help people with Autism reach their personal best. 

    Emma is now a Social Media Manager and Business Outsourcing Specialist at Dolphin, where she loves working with clients to help their businesses become the very best that they can be.

    Zara has worked within the administration sector for 20 years, and assisted local business' with their social media management and book keeping for the past 3 years.⁠

    She's a mum to a 10 year old daughter, Emily, and a 17 week old rabbit called Oreo.⁠

    Having worked within a variety of sectors, she has gained a variety of skills and knowledge.⁠

    She is now enjoying sharing this knowledge with the business' we work with, here at Dolphin Outsourcing!⁠

    Heather is a new addition to team Dolphin. She is a mum of two, US Air Force veteran and military spouse.⁠

    She has over 5 years of administration experience and is currently studying Social Media Marketing and Project Management. Heather is in the final stages of completing her Masters in Project Management and eager to gain more experience in the project sector. ⁠

    Heather always happy to learn new skills and gain unique experiences to better serve Dolphin clients to achieve their goals and progress her career as a Business Outsourcing Specialist.⁠

    Hayley has worked in management and leadership roles for 12 years. Over those years, she has built up the organisational skills to implement and oversee several projects at a time.

    Hayley also has a teaching qualification and loves nothing more than working with others and also, passing her knowledge on to others.

    In her spare time, she motivates and inspires other to prioritise their physical and emotional health through exercise and personal development.

    She has been excited to join the Dolphin team and loves our forward thinking approach to discussions around mental health and the care and support we encourage as an organisation.

With over 15 years of experience in multiple areas of business including customer service, project management, sales and debt collection, I can offer a variety of support to you and your business. 

I've put all that I have learnt into Dolphin Outsourcing Ltd and I now work 1-2-1 with my clients to help drive their business' forward.

My mission is to bring experienced professionals together under one roof so that Dolphin Outsourcing Ltd can be an inclusive provider of businesses outsourcing services, that clients will remember and recommend. Whilst building a reputation as a fully flexible employer.
