It depends on how much help you need! What we do here at Dolphin is make sure YOU have the choice. Our fees start from just £28/hr +Vat, which means we're a great option to begin your outsourcing journey with. > You can choose to use us for a 1 off job (maybe some market research?) > Or more frequently, using our ADHOC contract, which gives you access to our contract rates, but your not committed to a minimum use! > Using a retainer contract with us, where you book a set amount of time with us each month, with a minimum requirement of 1hr a month - this is still pretty flexible.

You may choose to work with us outside of contract, which means you pay us more per hour, but have zero ongoing commitment. If you do choose a contract with us, your first month is a trial period, so during that time, if you change your mind about using us, you can give just 1-weeks notice. (Of course our time to date is chargeable) After your trial period, you'll need to give at least 1 month's notice to leave the contract with us. This will be confirmed in your Contract that you must complete, prior to our beginning any work with you.

Absolutely not! You'll see I don't charge big 1 time rates and a lot of my 121 sessions are "live" so I have to think and do in the moment. Most clients think of questions IN the session, so a lot of what I do is reactive. If I don't know the answer, or it's not in my area of focus, I'll be upfront about that. This is why I suggest we have an initial discovery call, before you pay me a thing!

We will have a discovery call to chat about what your needs are and you're welcome to ask me questions! I'm here to help YOU and if I don't feel I'm the best person to do that, I will tell you. Who do I work with? I focus on working with UK based businesses. I'm a problem solver - so areas I can help you with range from working through your business concept (and even a business plan) to exploring the best systems and processes for you to use and follow. I also have a good broad knowledge of marketing and design, so there really are a number of areas that I can support you with.

That's fine! Really! If you want to work with a coach, that is not a problem at all. I'm a mentor/consultant and implementer because I enjoy getting stuck in with you! I don't sit on the side-lines often and the business owners I've worked with before, love to know that they can lean on me when they need to and not face this journey alone. Coaches, mentors, consultants... we all have our place. Coaches will often have some form of qualification, but wont always have experience in running a business. You need to decide what characteristics you want in the person you're choose to work with.

Having launched Dolphin Outsourcing, I had more clients specifically requesting to work with just ME because of my broad knowledge, out of box thinking, quick learning and instantaneous problem solving capabilities. A client asked me, why hadn't I considered becoming a coach or a mentor? Honestly? Because I thought I needed to have 30years of history in running a business... be over 50 and generally, have a lot more life experience. But what I realised, with the help of my clients is that MY experience is relevant! I have experience working with huge corporations and small 1-person businesses. I grew up in an age of technological advances into the world of the internet and the online world as we know it today. I use all those skills and experiences (and more) to work with select clients. There are free mentors out there, if you can find them... some I'm sure are fantastic, but unfortunately, I've had clients come to me, because the free-help, just wasn't good enough... 💔 My aim is to make help affordable and helpful, from the offset - rather than having to wait till you can afford that £5k coach that everyone talks about... But also, so you can have someone COMMITTED to your success. If you succeed, I succeed.
