PASS IT FORWARD

A new Dolphin Initiative #DOPassItForward
Working together to help create positive change

Our Pass it Forward campaign is to enable people from disadvantage to create change.

They may be disabled, a carer, from a low-income area... Be a parent who needs flexibility, or a group who typically face inequality. Or they may be financially stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Our PIF campaign will help them to grow, or become their own boss as a freelancer/business owner by providing access to business support at reduced rates / for free.

In return, when they are in a strong position, they would then re-fund the campaign, to again, Pass it Forward.

According to the government, as of January 2025, 9.3 million people aged 16 to 64 in the UK were economically inactive, which is approximately 20% of the population in this age range. We want to bring the power back to the people, by enabling individuals to help create a life changing initiative. Sometimes, to create change, you need to do exactly that, CREATE.  As a social enterprise, our mission is to enable more people to earn for themselves. To challenge adversity and WIN. Founded by a disabled business woman eager to create more equal opportunities, we are now looking for support to create this change. To change the working landscape of the UK forever. To do this, we ask for your support. We can help more people, more quickly, with more funds. It’s that simple.  If every adult in the UK was able to contribute just £1, we’d be in such an incredibly strong position to force this change. We can show the disbelievers and show this government, that under the right circumstances, people who want to shine, CAN.  We want to help people to create their own income. So for just £1, what gives you a better chance at life? Paying for a lottery ticket (where you have approximately 1 in 14 million chance of winning the jackpot), or paying £1 to help create change, to create training and jobs that have really never been seen before.  Be your own change maker, work with us, contribute from as little as £1 and let us change the landscape of the UK forever.

How we're doing it

1

OUR ORGANISATION (Dolphin Outsourcing)

As an intermediary service provider:

We can employ people who businesses would typically consider "problematic". We can then provide a less risky way to grow a team, by working with us as a service provider in business support services.

Creating Connections:

We plan on creating an environment where we can connect individuals with employers who are open to working in a suitable way, supporting the individuals needs.

2

LETS COLLABORATE

We will work with other companies, to help them work with more economically inactive individuals.

Through a variety of workshops, training & consultancy -

We help them to review:

How they hire

Their Management approach

Their Team Work

Their expectations of individuals

and more!

3

WITH PEOPLE IN MIND

We will work with people who are economically inactive, to help them identify barriers they face and provide support and training to help them overcome, or work with these perceived barriers.

We'll be working with them to provide:

Re-skilling

Training

Confidence building

Business Mentorship

and more!

FROM  OUR
DIRECTOR

My parents worked so hard to give me an education, but we were never wealthy.... When I became a mum in 2017 my world changed, but it also meant that I had a need for a flexible way of life. At the time, I was still with the Army Reserves and my husband as a full-time soldier. When we realised I needed to financially contribute again, I really struggled to find a job OR funding to help me go self employed.

Luckily, I created Dolphin Outsourcing with just about enough money to pay for the absolute necessities, I think that was Insurance, Microsoft 365 and ICO registration! I had an old gaming PC my husband used when living in the block and..... TIME.

Until I hit the 5 year mark, trying to get any sort of funding for my business was next to impossible! I do wonder how much easier these last 7 years would have been if someone had a campaign like this...

So many things I feel went against me, I'm female, disabled, a mum, working part time, needing flexibility.... Still now, it would be hard for me to find a job that gives me the same level of flex as being self employed.... So I want to create this campaign, to help people to help themselves.
